Delivery
For verified orders, we kindly ask for up to three business days for processing. To facilitate swift handling, please ensure your billing and shipping addresses match. If they do not, we recommend using PayPal at checkout, which doesn’t require an account. All orders are shipped via FedEx with direct signature, or to PO boxes via USPS, from our facility in Bowie, MD. Please note that during major promotions, processing times may be extended.

Exchanges & Returns
